A 36-hole complex near Romford designed by Howard Swan and opened in 1989. The Abbotts course (par 71, 6,501 yards) is the championship layout with lakes, mature woodland, and strategic bunkering. The Priors (par 70, 5,871 yards) is shorter but tight. Also has a 9-hole par-3 course.
