About
An 18-hole parkland course (par 69, 5,490 yards) on the edge of Epping Forest, established in 1897. The original 9 holes were designed by James Braid, with a second nine added by Fred Hawtree in 1971. Tight, tree-lined fairways through ancient woodland put a premium on accuracy.
